Buckwheat with mushrooms
I bought mushrooms, like in a pot to cook, but changed my mind. And that's what I did.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Mushrooms

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Sour cream

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Salt

In a frying pan with hot vegetable oil throw in the onion, diced. I like to eating onions felt, so I cut it coarsely. Fry.

When the onions have become translucent, add carrots and mushrooms. Mix everything and fry for about 15-20 minutes. Salt, pepper to taste, add the greens.

To the vegetables add the washed buckwheat and fry 10 minutes, stirring everything well. Then add water as long as necessary for buckwheat. (2 cups buckwheat 4 cups water.) Leave on a slow fire to stew. Occasionally to stir. When all the water has evaporated, I added about 200-250 ml of sour cream, left for 10-15 minutes. All the food is ready, let's eat!!!!
