Knead the dough on a favorite recipe.
Bake pancakes.
For each pancake grate cheese. You can first coat the pancakes with butter.
Fold the pancakes in "the cake."
I rubbed the cheese while the pancakes were hot. Can be folded from the finished cooled crepes, then "cake" put in the microwave for a few minutes.
