There is one restaurant in NYC that serves this dish for big money, with a very fancy name. The emphasis there is on a manual (hand made) sculpting something unusual, magical Parmesan. So......

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Fry the pine nuts.
