Outside the window the rain... With kids in this weather is not going out. Little daughter is asleep, my oldest needed to do something that was not boring. And we're going to make scones! The rolls are not very common, and very tasty, fragrant, incredibly lush and soft.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Brown sugar

    90 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Flour

    530 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

I did the dough in the bread maker. Egg well mix up with brown sugar. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, the egg with sugar, add flour, salt, melted butter, vanilla and dry yeast. Put the "dough"cycle.

The filling can be any liquid jam. We have homemade thick Apple jam (a jar of grandma handed).
