I'm all feet and legs... But the wings can be stuffed! The recipe is somewhat time consuming (but I'm willing to argue with that - at some skill all turns out pretty quickly), but it is simple to a disgrace! This idea gave me the recipe for "Chicken with chestnuts" from Calypso.
