Lean ginger-fruit cakes
Lean tender cakes with a spicy taste. Another experiment with baking some treats to vegetable table. Recipe-impromptu, and successful:)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Rye flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Fruit puree

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1.4 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

The Apple and peel the ginger, grate. Add sugar, fruit puree (I have frozen strawberry puree) and vegetable oil

Add both types of flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon

Knead the dough. It is elastic but slightly sticky.

Shape and bake on a flour covered baking sheet alas, the photos did not do: (. Bake at 190-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Photo ready

For the sweet tooth you can sprinkle with icing sugar the Finished cakes are best kept in containers with covers to remain soft
