  • Ginger

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Black tea

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Brew tea, grease a muffin tin and line a rimmed oiled paper (if big, I did a little). Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until a thick mass. Stir in the flour, spices, add the tea. Mix.
