Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Crumb bread

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    7 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix the minced meat with bread crumbs, grated on a fine grater onion, egg,parsley, dill,salt, black pepper and cinnamon.Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.

Next, divide the stuffing into balls the size of a walnut and flatten a little, to get what medals.

Fry our a medal with two sides.

Then put the frying pan on top of sliced tomatoes, green pepper, pour half a glass of water and cover with a lid and stew for 20 minutes. Serve with fries or rice.
