Som is one of my favorite fish, very few bones, it is not necessary to clean your grease... On the same account carp, but it was 4 small pieces of catfish. The recipe is simple, and love! Help yourself!!!!

Marinade for catfish - cut the onion, mix yogurt with tomato paste, salt, add spices for fish, stir.
Take a bigger pan, put it in the fish, pour the marinade, simmer 15 minutes, add vegetable mixture.
Another 15 minutes and enjoy!!!!
