We have in store lavash is rarely seen, and great to go... And it's such a weather, what a good dog owner will not drive... so I decided to try...

Ingredients

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Half a Cup of flour mixed with salt and pour into a bowl. a glass of water to boil and pour in the flour, intensively stirring slowly (to avoid lumps, and the dough was homogeneous). Add oil and butter and stir.

When the mass has cooled (but stay warm), add the egg and again mix well.

Mix the baking powder with the flour and knead soft, not too stiff dough, roll into a sausage.

Sausage put it under a towel. Slicing the sausage into pieces...

... To roll them like crepes with a thickness of about 1 mm. I rolled one pancake, while the other roasted. To put one towel (folded twice) on the table and spray it with water, and lay another damp towel.

... to toasting all of the bubbles. Then put on a wet towel, sprinkle with water and cover with another damp towel. And so every pancake. So they were more or less round, I cut the lid from the pan (not round plates). Bon appetit!!! Nothing complicated at all, no!!! I even did not expect..
