Apple pie with cacao
Alternative to traditional desserts.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Hazelnuts

    125 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

  • Cocoa powder

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Rum

    50 ml

To prepare the ingredients.

For the dough cream butter and sugar, grind until smooth.

Add all other ingredients and knead the dough.

Apples cleaned, remove core and cut into large slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice and rum.
