Ingredients

  • Green beans

    300 g

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Basil

    0.5 coup

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Potatoes peel and cut into cubes, beans on slices of length 3-4 cm.

Onions chop and fry with the chicken thighs.

The chicken pour boiling water and add the potatoes and beans.Salt and pepper to taste. Canned tomatoes peel and chop.

10 minutes until cooked add the tomatoes ,Basil and garlic. Put a Bay leaf for 2 minutes until tender.

Cilantro be added if desired when serving.....
