Marzipan cake with berries
Thought and thought where to spend the rest of the cake Mozart marzipan (ranked in the fridge!), came across an old journal. It was awful tasty and tender.

Ingredients

  • Marzipan

    400 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Berry

Grate marzipan on a coarse grater. If the marzipan is too elastic (a), it is possible to just crumble in my fingers.

Mix softened butter with sugar. Mixing, beat eggs. Quickly mixed the marzipan. Add flour and baking powder.

Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Form (24-26 cm) greased with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill the form test. As the dough becomes powerful, you can put it directly with your hands, evenly distributing.

Take the berries (can be frozen), put in random order directly over the dough.

Bake in the oven until it will turn brown. Take out, let cool under a damp towel and sprinkle the edges with powdered sugar (I used cinnamon – spice).
