Do you like pancakes? But three at once? We love very much. So this time I decided to combine favorite toppings in one pancake. It turns out very tasty, rich and satisfying.

Cooking
First you need to prepare the pancake batter. To do this in warm milk to dissolve the sugar and salt. Add yeast. Then add 100 g of flour and beat well with a whisk. Cover the Cup with a towel and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer in a lush resistant foam.
As soon as the dough "rest" to add vegetable oil, egg yolks and remaining flour. Beat well with a whisk until a smooth mass.
Add parts beaten egg whites, stirring gently with a spatula or whisk.
Pour the batter in a thin stream half a glass of boiling water, still stirring with a whisk. Pan to grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil and bake thin pancakes.
Prepare the filling 1. To do this, the apples to clear and cut cubes. In a pan melt the butter put the apples and sugar, simmer until soft apples. Add starch, stir and remove from heat.
For the filling 2: poppy grind in a coffee grinder and pour into a small saucepan, add the butter, sugar and milk. Put on the stove, bring to boil and remove from heat. Cool.
For the filling 3 thoroughly RUB the cheese with sugar and vanilla.
Put on a separate plate of 2 pancakes and a half. In half of the pancake spread the Apple filling and roll it into a tube.
The two ends of the whole damn grease remaining two fillings: one cheese, the second is poppy.
Roll the edges of the pancake tubes with two sides to the center. So 3 tubes. Pancake with Apple filling should be placed on top of two others tubes. The lower, remaining untouched, pancake wrapped the resulting tube. Thus get a single pancake with 3 toppings.
Cut the pancake slices, about 2 cm wide and serve. You can pour some sweet sauce or honey. Bon appetit!
