  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

Cooking

step-0
For a start Nachinaem cabbage (I chopped finely, as there is with all my eight month old daughter).
step-1
Meat (always boiled!!!) scrolling through a meat grinder ( I had chicken).
step-2
In the pan in vegetable oil fry the onion until Golden and transparent. Add so much oil to cover well the bottom of the pan. For kids onions should not be fried, and immediately add the cabbage, pouring a little on the bottom of the water.
step-3
Then put the chopped cabbage, add about half a Cup of water and simmer under the lid for some time on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
step-4
Then cabbage sprinkle with salt added tomato paste (can be without it), Bay leaf. Mix, and thicken in a saucepan with a potato masher (for example). Let stew a bit.
step-5
Then add raw, round, not parboiled rice. Pour it on top of cabbage, not stirring!!! And add water to just cover the rice. Simmer for about 15 minutes under the lid.
step-6
At the end add the scrolled cooked meat on top. Disturbing later (to the dish is not burnt). Bring to readiness of rice under a cover on slow fire. If the rice is still damp, and water is not enough, add a little water.
step-7
When serving, add chopped boiled egg.
