Noodles for Breakfast
As you all probably know, that in our time it has become fashionable to monitor the health and not to eat fat. But if you really want? Though sometimes treat myself and eat something oily or sweet? And so I decided that if you really want, sometimes you can turn off the brain and eat what I wish. So today for Breakfast, while my brain still not quite awake, I cooked noodles with sour cream and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Noodles

    500 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

Cooking

Boil noodles in salted water and drain the water. In a pot or in a deep pan, pour vegetable oil(the recipe is creamy,but that was too much) and heat. Cut the onion in cubes,put in oil and fry until light Golden brown. Then put the sausage,also cut into cubes and stew for five minutes.

Then put in a cauldron of noodles and another 5 minutes to extinguish.

Then put cheese and saute a little more.

Lastly add sour cream and simmer until tender. Salt only the noodles when they are cooked.

Serve hot with fresh vegetables or salad.
