For a festive table the most! In addition, pie can be prepared in advance and stored for 1-2 days wrapped tightly in parchment paper in the refrigerator, and before serving, reheat in the microwave. Cooking
In food processor add flour, salt and chopped cubes of cold butter.

Fresh broccoli divide into florets and boil them for 5 minutes. Frozen you can just pour boiling water and leave for five minutes. Drain the water, and broccoli to cool in ice water.
Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface using a polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.5-0.7 cm In this case, the dough does not stick to the rolling pin.
