Apple pie
The Christmas holidays is Christmas! And it's this pie I'm baking for Christmas dinner when all our family will gather around a large Banquet table! This pie exceeded all my expectations! It really is a miracle! Very gentle, almost like a soufflé, moderately moist, awesome-flavorful! And each piece of pie tender, juicy apples! A part of this pie is very intriguing) - that he is "hooked"! Come, my dear Cooks, for a Cup of tea with a slice of fabulous cake!

Ingredients

  • Cheese curd

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Corn flour

  • Apple

  • Sesame

  • Semolina

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese (I have a homemade cream cheese from yogurt), muscovado and softened butter. If you have no muscovado, take any brown sugar, but the urge just brown! The aroma, taste and color of the pie is almost completely dependent on it! If you still are going to use regular white sugar, then add the ground cinnamon. Cottage cheese can replace regular soft cream cheese or mascarpone/Philadelphia.

Carefully punch with a mixer or whisk, add the eggs one by one beating well

Add all the dry ingredients, knead thoroughly

Two Apple peel and seeds and cut into a small dice, add to the batter and mix

Detachable form grease with oil and sprinkle manconi ( I have a form in diameter 24 cm, you can take less - the cake will be higher), put the dough. The remaining two Apple peel, remove core and cut into quarters. Lay on the edge shape, slightly pressing them into the dough

The middle of the cake and the space between the apples, sprinkle with sesame seeds. For apples put a little piece of butter, bake pie in a preheated 190C oven for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven and dry the skewer, mine was ready in 30 minutes. Switch off the oven and leave the cake there for 10 minutes.

To remove the cake from the oven, let cool slightly in shape, then gently slide a knife around the edge of the form and release the cake from mold. To give the cake to cool to warm.

With a large knife cut the cake into portions, brewing tea and even to invite anybody it is not necessary - all members of the family already gathered for a magical aromas floating around the house!
