Chicken with Savoy cabbage
Tasty, healthy and very easy to prepare dish of chicken with vegetables using a sleeve for baking. Minimum time and minimum effort. This is my first experience with a sleeve for baking. And I think he succeeded!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

Chicken thighs cut into chunks (I cut each 3 to 4 parts), salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika and tarragon. Put in a deep bowl, pour soy sauce and vegetable oil, mix well and leave to marinate. Meanwhile, prepare vegetables. Savoy cabbage, chopped, onion diced, carrots polukoltsami. Add the chopped vegetables and corn from the jar to the chicken, again mix well and leave to marinate for another 5 minutes. Now our chicken-vegetable weight put in the sleeve for baking, tying a sleeve on two sides and sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Then take out, cut the top sleeve (for Browning) and leave in the oven for another 5 -10 minutes. Take out, put the chicken in a dish, or just lay on plates. On my side dish was boiled rice.
