Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil. Add shabby on a coarse grater carrots and fry again. Next comes grated on a coarse grater beets. Add it to the pan and fry everything together. Dilute in half a glass of water, ketchup, salt and pepper and pour into the pan. Simmer, stirring occasionally with the lid closed. Serve, sprinkled with herbs and squeezed through a garlic chesnokodavilku.
