Chocolate cheesecake without baking
Very tasty and tender cheesecake that is simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Cookies

    300 g

  • Dark chocolate

    300 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

Chocolate melt in a water bath.

Cookies grind into crumbs. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, the softened butter and mix well.
