Description
Pact refers to the Mordovian kitchen. Pacat prepared from wheat, millet, buckwheat or chickpea flour, and very rarely take only one. Potato to serve fermented baked milk, sour or baked milk, sour cream, jam or honey.

Cooking
Warm milk (125 ml) add yeast, mix well. Add the sifted flour, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.
Millet to wash out, pour the remaining milk and boil it since boiling 15 min. Leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar and add to the batter. Millet porridge to cool.
Mix the dough with a millet cereal. Let stand in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Carefully enter the beaten egg white into the dough. Bake pancakes in hot oil for 3 minutes on both sides.
