We love rice with vegetables. But today its a traditional recipe I added chicken legs. Turned bright festive dish. About the taste I will not say anything. I can only say that it's worth a try.

Cooking
For this dish I took the long grain rice from the Orient "Mistral". The vegetables I have frozen, but you can use fresh, of course. Chicken leg quarters should add salt and black pepper.
Measure out two cups of rice. Count the amount of rice the size of its shape. I took greater form 34х22х6см.

The next layer - tomatoes, peas and bell pepper.
Beautifully laid chicken legs. In a glass of hot water diluted with salt. Fill in the form.
Then add 3 more cups of water. Water is added at the rate of 1:2. Per Cup of rice to two cups of water.
Cover the form with foil (or a lid) and put in the oven for 25-35 minutes at 200˚C
5 minutes until cooked remove the foil and spread on chicken legs grated cheese. Leave in the oven for a few minutes. All! Ready! Can I call everyone to the table. My baby even bear their "invited" to the rice with the chicken legs.
