Plum-nectarine sorbet with raspberries
Summer is not summer without this icy dessert! We have now is so hot that no sorbet cannot do. Tasty, easy, useful and... cool. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Drain

    0.5 kg

  • Nectarine

    2 piece

  • Raspberry

    1 handful

  • Syrup invert

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Plums and nectarines to release from the bones, cut into pieces, pass through the juicer.

Add the raspberries to the juicer.

The power of my juicer 150 W, and a shaft speed of 80 revolutions per minute.

The resulting juice with pulp is poured into a container and place in the freezer.

Carefully stir the mass every 40-60 minutes until tender sorbet.

Can be served!
