Cooking
Buckwheat boil until tender. I have cereal TM Mistral.

In a bowl whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add sour cream, vegetable oil and crushed buckwheat. Mix thoroughly.
Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Very carefully stir to avoid any lumps. The dough will be thick (thicker than for pancakes), does not flow from a spoon.
Muffin tins filled 2/3 of the dough, sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Sent to be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for 18-20 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.
