Rye-wheat pie with mushrooms and rice
Very unusual pie, at least for me. The dough of a mixture of rye and wheat flour, mixed with the serum of beer... filling assorted forest mushrooms and crisp rice amber from TM Mistral. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

First, boil some rice. I have used rice amber from TM Mistral. I loved the fact that rice can be boiled in advance and use for different meals for 7 days and it will retain its crispness. And can and does freeze. It is very convenient. So I boiled 500ml of rice in 1 liter of water, but for the pie used about 15 tablespoons of cooked rice.

Mushrooms defrost and wash the fish. Drain the water.

I knead the dough in the x/n. Mix whey, beer and butter and heat to lukewarm in the microwave.

Load all the ingredients for the dough in the bucket x/p according to the instructions. My first dry ingredients. For kneading and approach such a test of my x/p should be 2 hours.

Filling. Dried in a dry heated frying pan the mushrooms, getting rid of excess fluid. Add a little ghee and fry the mushrooms. Put in pan with desired amount of rice, at first I put 10 tablespoons and then added 5 more. Be guided by your taste. Be sure to try the filling and add spices or salt to Your taste. Ready stuffing leave to cool, away from direct sunlight.

Here is a slightly sticky dough, I turned. I keep flour in the fridge, so I have a little more humid than usual.

I podpisala a little flour on the table and vymenila the dough until slightly sticky. Then grease the pan and hands with vegetable oil. I literally touched the buttery dough with your hands and a miracle happened. The batter instantly became the air, supple and absolutely not sticky. Divide the dough into two parts.

Slightly more than half of the test roll out on the pan plus the sides and a little more, to move to the form.

Spread the filling on the dough and wrap the edges.

The second part of the test roll out and fancy cover and decorate the pie. I cut the dough roller for pizza and weave the braid, lay out stripes, relax the soul, one word.

Lubricates the top of cake with milk or what You like and leave the pie in a warm place for 20 minutes. Include the heating of the oven.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes until tender. Be guided by Your oven! Ready pie to grease with butter for Shine and flavor! Cool slightly pie shaped, take out, cover with a towel and allow to cool completely. I got another small roll of the remnants of the test.
