Cooking
To start, boil a whole chicken.
Then delim meat from the bones and skins. When you separate the meat from the bone, try to separate from small pieces, so it will be tastier. Separated us meat put in a fireproof dish (I ware no oil, so nothing sticks). And leave to wait.
Meanwhile, let's sauce. Pour the oil into a small bowl and put to heat it on the fire. Add to the flour and a little peregrym.
When the flour will be overdone, we introduce it in a glass of cold milk and then a Cup of chicken broth, not forgetting all this is vigorously stirred to obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Allow to cool a little, then the egg is not curled.
I always do so, until our almost ready-made sauce is cooled, I grate the cheese.
Now add in our sauce and mix well.
Pour our sauce in the chicken, add back 1/3 of the grated cheese and mix everything. I would like to note: in this dish the more cheese, the better.
Then sprinkle our remaining chicken and cheese and put in preheated oven. Bake until the cheese turning a Golden brown. The higher the oven temperature, the faster the dish is cooked.
