The liver in pots
Tender, tasty beef liver in sour cream filling.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Ketchup

    3 piece

  • Salt

The liver is cut into large plates with a thickness of about 1 cm, slightly discourage.

Beat eggs with salt, pepper and seasoning.

A piece of liver, dip in eggs.

Then dip them in flour.

And fry in sunflower oil on both sides.

Onions cleaned, cut into slices and fry in the same oil, which roasted the liver.

Piece of fried liver put in a pot.

Fall asleep on top of fried onions. Put on top another slice of liver and onions again. So put all the liver and onions in pots.

In the remaining beaten eggs, put the sour cream and ketchup, stir.

Pour sour cream mixture to the liver, close the pot lid and into the oven for 1 hour on medium heat.

On the side I have cauliflower. Can be potatoes, pasta or whatever you want. BON APPETIT!!!
