Pie
Wonderful, gentle, sweet cake with nutty notes, apricot jam, meringue and cookie dough.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 tsp

  • Egg white

    6 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    6 tsp

  • Jam

    150 ml

  • Nuts

    150 g

Cooking

6 egg yolks 200 grams of white sugar and add 200 grams of softened butter, mix with a whisk.

Add about 500 grams of flour mixed with 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder and knead the dough.

You should get a fairly dense dough. Divide the dough into two unequal halves and a smaller portion again in half. One of them is mix 3 teaspoons of cocoa.

Roll each piece of dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap or plastic bag and put 1 hour in the fridge (in the freezer).

Whisk 6 egg whites with 6 teaspoons of powder sugar in a thick foam.

Roll out on parchment a large part of dough and place on a baking sheet.

Brush evenly with jam.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Grate the dark dough on a grater and sprinkle on top of jam.

Spread evenly the beaten egg whites.

And sprinkle on top of light dough, grated. Bake in the oven at 180' for about 30 minutes.
