Cooking

step-0
Take a glass of any jam without seeds, add a teaspoon of baking soda, mix well and leave for 5 mins of the jam, add the yogurt, eggs, sugar (0.5 stack.), the flour and mix well.
step-1
Vystelim the form with baking paper, pour into it the dough, put in the preheated oven and bake at medium heat (ready to check out, stabbing the cake in the center with a wooden skewer). Leave to cool.
step-2
While baking the cake, pour the gelatin in a glass of water and leave for 40 mins and Cut fruits (you can use any seasonal fruits and berries, but hard, like an Apple, for example). Gelatin heated to dissolve, not boiling. And filtered. To the gelatin add sour cream and a Cup of sugar, stir well.
step-3
With a knife gently along the cut the cake into 3 even layers (you can, of course, and 2, but tastes better when a lot of fruits and impregnation). Leaving part of fruit to decorate the top of cake, spread half of the remaining fruit on the bottom cake. By the way, for decorations I used in addition to these fruits, pomegranate, sunflower seeds, raisins, nuts and candies "Rafaello".
step-4
Slowly fill the bottom layer with 1/3 part cream (can be a bit more on top cake will take less cream). Do the same thing with the second layer.
step-5
The top layer first, cover with the cream, then spread the fruit and again fill. Leave in the warm for 1 hour to impregnate and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
