It is important that the kefir, as noted above, was not fresh. Oatmeal can be ground in a blender, but I prefer it that way. Well, let's begin!
Carefully whisk eggs with sugar, almost to white! Add the semolina and oats, soft butter and yogurt and mix everything together thoroughly and add the soda. The dough was liquid! When she first did, was very skeptical about the resulting "slush"... but when it has rested a couple of hours, no doubt was already a good dough for the pie. Yogurt and baking soda know the drill: bubbles a lot!
Puree them in a blender with raisins and nuts added to the batter. Put in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.
Preheat the oven to 220S. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Give a good cool down, and call everyone to the table! I'm sure that pie to please everyone! Bon appetit and to your health!
