Mix honey with spices. Remove the meat from the marinade, season with salt and pepper, coat with honey mixture and place in a deep baking pan. Carefully top each slice to coat with mustard. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Then add the meat marinade, the liquid from the jar with olives, slices of orange zest and olives. Bake for another 30 minutes to ensure that the liquid does not boil dry (add water).
