Pork loin chops with oranges in Greek
Very fragrant and tasty dish. Yesterday was my favorite! Tastier meat, I did not.

Ingredients

  • Loin

    4 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Green olives

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To remove the zest from 1/2 lemon and 1 orange. Then squeeze the juice from them. Meat put in a bowl, pour the juice and leave to marinate at least 1 hour (I was 3 hours).

Mix honey with spices. Remove the meat from the marinade, season with salt and pepper, coat with honey mixture and place in a deep baking pan. Carefully top each slice to coat with mustard. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Then add the meat marinade, the liquid from the jar with olives, slices of orange zest and olives. Bake for another 30 minutes to ensure that the liquid does not boil dry (add water).
