Cooking
Mackerel cut into fillets and cut into not very large pieces. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and lay out on the bottom the onions cut into thin semi rings. On top lay the fish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Chop the green onions finely and put Ha the fish and top with the seasoning soy sauce.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and spread green onions. Send the fish in the oven at 190 g for 15 minutes.
Then remove the dish with the fish and sprinkle grated on a coarse grater cheese. Again send in the oven form for 7-10 minutes.
