Liver with pepper and brine dressing
About the benefits of the liver it is possible to speak long. Why? Better quickly saute it with the veggies and eat! Will benefit more than from talking. ))

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Dressing

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Cut the liver and arbitrary pepper slices.

On razogretuju frying pan, pour vegetable oil, put pepper and hot red pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes, then add Maggi dressing for the pickle. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Vegetables to put the liver, stir. Cook 5 minutes without lid, stirring constantly. Then cover with a lid and bring to readiness in 10 minutes.
