A smoothie with oatmeal
Very simple and affordable produce into a wonderful smoothie for health and wellbeing will appeal to both adults and children. Quench not only thirst, but hunger, due to the presence of flakes. Very tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

Flakes 1 to 2 tablespoons (you can use flakes and buckwheat, rice, a mixture of flakes, etc.). Tangerines can take 1-2 PCs one banana (if orange, then one is enough). Banana peel and cut into slices. The yogurt must be plain to set off the taste of fruit (in principle, can be replaced with yogurt or low-fat sour cream, or even just juice).

Flakes pour boiling water and leave to infuse for a little while prepare the other ingredients. Mandarin clean from the bones, membranes and walls, although you can just squeeze the juice, but pulp is much tastier and healthier. A banana gives immense sweetness, if you need a taste sourer and spicier, feel free to add more citrus.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 5-7 minutes, until smooth. Serve immediately after cooking. If the drink should be cold, should be well pre-cooling fruit.
