Tea cupcake
Wonderful, delicious cake which does not need any special effort or significant cost. The recipe is quick, a real 'lifesaver' when you are already on the threshold, and to treat them with nothing. Besides, this cupcake can be easily 'customized' to fit your tastes: someone like honey, who cherry jam, and who Apple butter... anything goes!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Black tea

    200 ml

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Butter

    20 g

We need the ingredients. I have the version with honey.

The egg is triturated with sugar.

Add remaining ingredients in order: flour, vanilla, soda, honey ( or whatever you chose), tea. Knead the dough: it should look viscous, semi-liquid, without lumps. If too runny - add flour, the result will not be affected.

Grease the form (or cookie cutters, like me) with melted butter. 2/3 filled with dough (well rise). The oven at this time, heat 2-3 minutes on 180°.

Put to bake at 180° for 25-35 minutes, until Golden brown. If you are confident in the readiness of the cupcakes - pierce 1-2 of them with a toothpick in the center. If the dough remains on the toothpick - pull.

Cupcakes must be removed from the mold immediately, otherwise then it will be very difficult to do.
