Chocolate Charlotte with pears in a slow cooker
The perfect combination of pear with chocolate sponge cake. And again I have a recipe for a slow cooker, very convenient to use it at the cottage.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Pear

    5 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

Egg whisk with sugar.

Add the sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.

Stir until smooth.
