Cake with cherry-currant pudding
Want to offer a cake of puff pastry with a pudding of black currant and cherry. Very tasty, try it and you will love it. The pudding gives a little acidity and tartness and the puff pastry goes well with it.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    0.5 cup

  • Black currants

    0.5 cup

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Yolk egg

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Cookies
