Fritters of lentils and bulgur with yogurt sauce
Hearty pancakes with a spicy taste and a favourite summer sauce, like Tzatziki - another fun recipe for a hot summer, which is especially attractive to men. Fritters of lentils and bulgur are rich in vegetable protein and trace elements and variety to the family menu.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    140 g

  • Bulgur

    90 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    3 plug

  • Salt

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Coriander

    3 tsp

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    80 ml

Cooking

Lentils measure, pour 600 ml water and bring over high heat to boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for approx. 30 min.
