Soufflé of curd cheese and milk chocolate - a wonderful dessert for a festive Christmas and new year's table. It is good to pamper your honey for Breakfast during the new year holidays.

Cooking
Prepare all we need for the souffles.
The chocolate breaks into pieces and put in microwave on high for 1 minute. I have a power of 800 W. the Yolks separated from the whites. Send the yolks to the cheese (curd), add Tvoropysh or just vanilla with starch.
Beat in a mixer and add melted chocolate. We would get a uniform smooth mixture (very tasty!) Whisk the whites separately with a pinch of salt until white and pours them in 1 tbsp of powdered sugar.
Combine the cheese mixture with a spoon, gently interfering with proteins in mass. Take a portion of the mold and generously grease them with butter.
Spread the mixture into the moulds and put on a tray with sides, pour where water. Put in oven at t-180 C for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Leave to cool in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Take out and sprinkle the dessert with the remaining powder sugar.
