Chicken with vegetables
I stumbled in the supermarket on the mix "Champignon de Paris". I loved the taste of the dish that it was difficult to resist the purchase of this costume. But the price is biting, 300r for 2 servings... and then I decided to dig into the Internet and connect the part of members, and recipes of this dish online and their preferences. Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Green beans

    300 g

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Dry milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Put on to cook in uniform!!! (very important) the potatoes until almost cooked. Meanwhile, chop the onion cubes, fry in a skillet with paprika (I have a slow cooker).

Cut the chicken cubes and add to the onions, sprinkle with curry.

Once the chicken is slightly browned, add the mushrooms + 4 peppers with coriander. Waiting almost a full boiling juice.

Cover with the sauce and simmer under a lid for 10-15 minutes, until cooked potatoes

To thick add 1/3 cups of water and gender tablespoon of starch, stir and add to the pan, stirring constantly, bring to a certain density.
