Pumpkin pudding

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    5 handful

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

The pumpkin, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Set aside.

Prepare the ingredients for the fill: loose eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon.

In milk pour the loose eggs with a fork, pour the sugar and cinnamon. Stir well.

A baking dish ( 22 by 22 cm) grease with melted margarine or butter.

In the form put a layer of pumpkin to flatten.

Pour carefully fill.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 -40 minutes until Golden top. Remove the pan, cool the casserole in a form.
