Cooking
First, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa, mix well.
Then pour into the dry mixture to the buttermilk and stir with a whisk.
Pour the dough in a greased form and bake in preheated oven 180* for 30-40 minutes.
Cool the sponge and cut into 2 Korzh.
To prepare the cream: whip the thick cream with powdered sugar until fluffy mass.
Generated cake. The shortcakes over the cream and sprinkle the top with grated chocolate. Cake put in the refrigerator to ensure that it is well soaked (About 3 hours)
