Manna with lemon caramel

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Vanilla

  • Lemon

For a start, separate the yolks from the whites. Yolks put in a bowl where we will mix the manna and remove the squirrel while in the fridge

To the yolks yogurt (you can take on your taste, I have strawberry), butter, sugar, vanilla. Carefully blend, you can use a mixer.

Mix semolina with baking powder.

Add semolina to jogurtas mass, mix well and leave for half an hour to semolina swelled. Meanwhile, cook the caramel. I missed this step, but there is nothing complicated. Bring water to a boil, add sugar, dissolve and pour in the juice from one lemon. Cook over medium heat until thick, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool a little.

After half an hour semolina swelled. Whisk whites into a thick foam, add the manna and gently, but mix thoroughly.

Put in a greased form and bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes, until dry matches.
