This easy-to-make meat pie "Easter wreath" composed of simple ingredients, looks elegant and will decorate your holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

I kneaded the dough using the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add sifted flour, dry yeast, vegetable oil, sugar, salt.

Place the bucket in a bread machine, include the mode of kneading. Give the dough to increase in volume about 2 times.

Knead not tight dough.

Roll out dough round layer with a diameter of more forms (I have a form with a diameter of 28 cm)

The rolled out layer of dough spread in the form greased with vegetable oil.

Prepare the filling of minced meat. You can use any other filling, only that it was not liquid.

Stuffing spread on prepared dough, in a circle.

Wrap the edges of the dough circle, pressing the dough well on the edge.
