Cooking
I kneaded the dough using the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add sifted flour, dry yeast, vegetable oil, sugar, salt.
Place the bucket in a bread machine, include the mode of kneading. Give the dough to increase in volume about 2 times.
Roll out dough round layer with a diameter of more forms (I have a form with a diameter of 28 cm)
The rolled out layer of dough spread in the form greased with vegetable oil.
Prepare the filling of minced meat. You can use any other filling, only that it was not liquid.
Stuffing spread on prepared dough, in a circle.
Wrap the edges of the dough circle, pressing the dough well on the edge.
Inside the circle make a cut, as in the photo.
The resulting triangles from the dough to the wrap on the wreath, leaving the middle empty. Happened meat a wreath of the test.
On top of a wreath I have made jewelry in the form of hearts.
"Easter wreath" of dough covered with wrap and give the dough to increase in volume about 2 times. Grease the dough with beaten egg.
Bake "Easter wreath" in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes until Golden brown.
