Burgers from the sprat
Want to offer on Your court the Odessa national dish. On the website there are options of cooking fish meatballs, but we have every family prepare them in his own way, so I would venture to add his own version. If you delete, not offended. Just today, the house brought a fresh sprat and felt compelled to please his family and to share with You the summer budget "Odessa" kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Buy fresh whitebait, anchovy or as they call it here in Odessa - black sea sausage. ;) I honestly took 150 - 200 gr. on salting for sandwiches.

Clean the fish from the head, intestines and back muscles. This, incidentally, is the only long and tedious process in the entire preparation.

Rinse fish fillet under running water until almost transparent water, place in a sieve to drain all excess liquid.

To drive a fillet in the eggs, stir everything with a spoon, season with salt and pepper, add the flour. Again mix well until smooth mass.

On a heated pan, pour oil and with a spoon we spread our meatballs. In principle, as fritters. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
