Salad with wild garlic Spring
Spring, the beginning of March... At this time in local markets comes the first real spring greens-charisma! I love her so much! With potatoes, with Adygei cheese, but just with a slice of black bread with salt. It is a pity that the season of this wonderful greenery is so short-lived. I offer my favorite salad of wild garlic, which I like to eat three times a day. Fresh, juicy, bright and aromatic. Very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Ramsons

  • Cucumber

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the rice until tender.
