What you demand menu for a romantic dinner? I certainly think that the menu should be: a) salad b) salad seafood) salad is light (not in calories), d) lettuce fresh. And this salad must contain aphrodisiacs. In this salad all meet these requirements.
Ingredients

Soy sauce

Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp

Tabasco
0.25 tsp

Squid
1 piece

Apple
0.5 piece

Cabbage
0.5 plug

Pine nuts
1 Tbsp
Cooking
Squid peel, omit for 1 minute in boiling water, allow to cool and cut thin rings. While preparing a salad for my husband, but squid he always cuts himself.
Fine julienne cut cabbage.
Sour-sweet Apple peeled and core, cut (or grate) into thin strips.
All the ingredients of salad mix, put it on a plate (dish).
Prepare the dressing. Mix Kikkoman soy sauce, mayonnaise, cream and Tabasco.
Pour on top of salad dressing.
