I offer you a recipe that I came across in one of culinary magazine. Muffins are not new, but rather well-known pastries. This recipe attracted me not the big addition in the form of crispy stresses.

Cooking
The amount of ingredients are for 8 large muffins. I have one mold with a volume of 200 ml. of stresses: mix sugar with flour, baking powder, cinnamon and walnuts, stir with melted butter.
Leave while you prepare the batter for muffins.
Prepare the dough: sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon. In a separate bowl rabbanite whisk the eggs with the sugar and milk.
Make a well in the flour mound and pour in it the egg mixture.
Pour in the melted butter and quickly mix to combine all ingredients. The dough should knead thoroughly until smooth, or the muffins will turn out heavy. It is only necessary to mix the ingredients with a spoon until the dry components are not wetted. It will seem that the dough should still stir and grind, but please refrain from this, and then you will get air muffins.
Stir in the black currant (take frozen berries, do not completely thaw). Let stand the dough for 5 minutes so that it thickened. Instead of a black currant it is possible to take blueberries, red currants, small blackberries or sliced strawberries. In the season of fresh berries the choice is great, and in winter, use frozen berries.
Put the muffin tins on a baking tray, the bottom of the ramekins greased with butter. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Fill molds almost to the top. Sprinkle the dough with a little stresses.
Muffins will bake for 35-45 minutes (focus on your oven) until they rise and are Golden brown. Readiness check with a toothpick. Finished muffins cool in tins and then spread.
Make the glaze: sift in a bowl the powdered sugar and mix sufficient amounts of lemon juice (the juice is added not all at once, and portions) to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
