Real mulled wine
Now the time has come for mulled wine. We have in Hamburg opened Christmas markets, around smells fragrant mulled wine, it is impossible to pass, the more I became cold. I offer you today the recipe for this mulled wine, which here, in Germany, considered the most-most. Be sure to try. Here it is accepted to celebrate the New Year in a cozy apartment, and somewhere in the woods, outdoors, or in your own garden. Grill, kebabs and mulled wine. We are already too addicted to it.

  • Dry red wine

  • Rum

    50 ml

  • Liqueur

    20 ml

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

  • Anis

    5 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Carnation

    7 piece

Pour the wine into a pot, add all spices and heat. BUT DO NOT BOIL! When the wine reaches 45-50°C, pour rum and Amaretto. Oranges cut into slices and toss in pan. As soon as you notice that the wine begins to boil, immediately remove from heat and put aside to infuse.

Before serving drain. Pouring into glasses, add one slice of orange, and insert a sugar stick or throw in a glass a few crystals of CanDis. It's not for everybody, if you like sweeter.

And now those products that you need. The most basic red wine. You can use a cheaper wine, but the wine should be palatable.

Oranges do not regret. Add 2-3 pieces and don't think much.
